Pre Golf Event Organisation

We provide advice and recommendations on all aspects of the pre golf event organisation process to best fit your event requirements. Provide advice on your suitability of your choice considering all factors including:

Golf Day Format

The format will be purely your choice and it will be our privilege to advice you on a suitable format to adopt covering:

  • Starting Format:
    Shotgun start, one or two-tee start.
  • Golf Tournament Format:
    Stable ford, Texas Scramble, Four Ball Better Ball, Foursomes or Green somes.We have even designed a special handicap system for players who don't have official handicaps, it is one of our most popular requests for the day, making your corporate event even more memorable

Food & Beverage Requirements

Provide advice on all aspects of food & beverage requirements determining which choices are most suitable for your particular event. 

  • Breakfast
  • Rolling lunch buffet/ formal meal
  • Half way house/ on-course refreshments 
  • Post Golf Drinks - availability of private bar. Dinner - number of courses, 
  • Drinks to accompany meal (wine, mineral water etc.)

Guest Information & Invitational Process

We can take care of the whole invitational process should you so wish for a small fee.

Invitation
Produce invitation and mail out all the invites to your guests or if preferred mail out your own personalised invite on your behalf.

Guest Information Pack/Welcome Letter
Produce welcome packs detailing all the necessary information for the day (directions to the venue, the day's proceedings, tournament format, dress requirements, equipment hire and soft spikes etc).

Guest Management
We can monitor all the replies providing you with an up to date list of the latest attendees, whilst recording all other relevant details such as those who are unable to attend the dinner or any other special dietary requirements etc.
